  • Email address where provided
  • Savings balance and contribution records
  • Loan application details and repayment history
  • Transaction records
  • USSD interaction logs

The data we collect is used only to:

  • Allow members to check their financial information via USSD
  • Allow cooperative admins to manage their member records
  • Process loan applications and repayments
  • Send notifications and broadcasts to members

We do not sell, share, or transfer member data to any third party for marketing or any other purpose.

4. Who has access to the data

  • Cooperative administrators can only access data belonging to their own cooperative
  • Members can only access their own personal financial information via USSD
  • CoopHub Solutions management can access all data for system maintenance and support purposes only

5. How we protect your data

All data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Access to the admin portal is protected by email verification and a 6 digit login code. No data is shared between cooperatives.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as your cooperative maintains an active subscription with CoopHub Solutions. If a cooperative cancels their subscription, their data is retained for 90 days before being permanently deleted.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Request that your data be corrected if it is inaccurate
  • Request that your data be deleted
